With 20 years in education, Soraya began her pedagogical journey in Puerto Rico before discovering her passion for the Dual Language Program in Florida. As a versatile educator, she transitioned to become a Dual Language Instructional Facilitator in the sixth-largest school district.

Currently, Soraya serves as a Bilingual Professional Learning Consultant at Istation, extending her expertise to multiple districts, including leading initiatives in the third-largest school district. Committed to supporting all learners and empowering educators as "triumph accelerators," Soraya holds undergraduate degrees in History and Education from the University of Puerto Rico. Currently pursuing a Master's in Educational Leadership at Barry University, she compliments her Florida teacher certificate with ESOL and gifted endorsements.
