Course Overview
The courses are divided into four sections.
Module 1: Understanding the Framework for Reading and Math Learn the framework on how to use the MetaMetrics Hub.
Module 2: Using Measures and Tools in the Classroom Create instructional groups and enhance instruction with Lexile and Quantile Measures.
Module 3: Foundational Reading Tools or Unlocking the Growth Planner and Career Database In this module, participants are invited to choose one of two learning pathways. The Foundation Reading Tools pathway includes and overview of reading research and ready-to-use tools to help teachers put their learning into action. The Growth Planner and Career Database pathway provides information and practice with our tools that help support teachers, students, and families understand their current reading performance and set goals for their future.
Module 4: Extensions, Classroom Applications and Communication Strategies on how to communicate course knowledge with parents and peers.
