 Victoria spent over 20 years in the assessment industry prior to joining Istation. She has served on a school board for a parochial school, tutored at-risk students, taught Research Methods in a master’s program at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) , has peer-reviewed research for the Journal of Psychoeducational Assessment, and is currently on the advisory board for the Department of Demography at UTSA.

Ginnie Avina is a Professional Learning Consultant at Istation. Ginnie trains and works closely with schools and teachers to help with the effective implementation of Istation. Prior to Istation, Ginnie was a classroom teacher for 12 years and then worked with the University of Texas at Austin assisting districts across the state of Texas in implementing effective teaching models to assist students struggling in reading.
